Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered beautiful views, but the rooms needed some improvement in cleaning. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially at the Sunset Cafe and front desk. The location, despite some discomforts, was still a beautiful and relaxing place for fun in the sun. The dining experience had some cleanliness issues but offered eclectic British dishes. Overall, it was a mixed experience with aspects to enjoy and areas that needed attention.
Despite the high price, which was not up to my expectations, the hotel's rooms truly surprised me with their cozy and homely feel. I had requested a first-floor room, and the staff accommodated my preference without any issues.
Upon arriving at the hotel, the room felt a bit dark and could use more lighting, but it had all the essentials like a TV, coffee maker, and a comfortable place to sleep with hot water. The location facing the waterway was quite picturesque with small restaurants nearby; however, the service, although friendly and warm, could benefit from more professionalism training. The dining experience was mixed, with some issues noted, but the facilities were impressive overall.
